Keep Calm and Carry On...as we learned in England. It was time to embark on our trip out West. It's becoming an annual trip to Seattle (bi-annual this year). We can't get enough of the place...and speaking of, we can't get enough of The Ulitsch's! Our main purpose was to marry off my brother, but we had a little time beforehand to see Ava and Gage. Dave had a different flight, so we asked very sweetly if Andrea would pick us up from the Seattle airport and entertain us while waiting on Dave. Dinner in Issaquah, WA, an introduction to their new chickens and a bit of twilight playtime was just enough to get us through until the following week. Dave picked us up around 1 am and we drove until 4:30 am to Langley, British Columbia - Barry and Carla's wedding location.

After arriving (our body clock time of 7:30 am, with no sleep) these kids look amazing! They are such great travelers and it helps to know they have time with cousin Gavin. Let the games begin! Hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil, right?! Think again....
After missing a flight the day before, we went to pick Kim up in Vancouver. On our way, we hiked the Lighthouse Park in Vancouver. Gavin looks excited, right?
That's one big and very old tree you are standing next to there. Of course, Gavin had to break out a piece of it. History is what they call it, crumbling wood is what Gavin calls it....
Dave, Karen, Jen and Mike....yep, it's raining in Vancouver. The Pryor's have yet to see a warm, sunny day this summer and it's July 20th!
